Lift and Carry Shuttle Systems

Lift and Carry image Lift and carry systems use cam profiles to move components vertically and horizontally between manufacturing stations.

With multiple mechanical cam driven units used to produce movement, linked together using transmission shafts, guaranteeing mechanical synchronisation.

With units available to:

Capacities of 10 to 10000kg for vertical and horizontal movements.
Standard strokes from a few hundred to 4000 mm height, with made to measure stroke lengths available.
Programmable and flexible machines to suit applications with current / existing production lines.
Stroke distances from 2m to 40m, for total length of travel.
With movements supplied through manufactured cams to produce acceleration, stops and accurate positioning during operations.
