Trunniuns

Trunnions image Trunniun units comprise of a horizontally mounted indexing unit, driven continuously or intermittently using cam profiles to produce required rotating movements. With applications including machining and welding, the units are very versatile to suit ever changing manufacturing needs.

The units:

Mechanically rotate through the horizontal axis.
Capacity ranging from 10 up to 20,000 kg of driven mass.
Capacities of 1 to 10 meters for the length of the masses.
With movements supplied through manufactured cams to produce acceleration, stops and accurate positioning during operations.
The availability of 2, 3 and 4 station units, to suit the flexibility of manufacturing requirements.
Programmable and flexible to suit applications with current / existing machines.
